I wanted to let you know how much I enjoyed your four day seminar on asset search and judgment enforcement and what a potential gold mine it could be.

My original thought in taking the seminar was to educate myself with possible dead beat tenants in my various rental properties. However, as the seminar progressed, I looked way beyond my original thought and realized the profit potential, especially given the economic times we find ourselves in.

To be quite honest with you I was not prepared for the deluge of information that was presented during the four days and I was also somewhat intimidated by my perceived complexity of "putting it all together".  But, your step by step process, from defining assets, using search engines, pre and post judgment strategies, involving legal counsel as required and direct hands on approach with real cases made it all pretty straight forward.

I am in the process of obtaining my dba, website and process servers license. Like anything worthwhile, this will take work and dedication but with your after seminar guidance, which is a tremendous plus, I know I can achieve this.

I recently attended your Asset Search and Judgment Recovery Seminar.  I have been a private investigator for 9 years and have primarily conducted surveillance investigations.  Initially going into this class, I was a bit intimidated because I was going to be learning something that I had no idea how to do.  That all changed when the instructors began to teach the class in a step by step manner.
